Nay Phone Latt (L), well-known blogger from Burma and PEN/Barbara Goldsmith Freedom to Write Award winner, feeds his brother (R) a cake when he arrived back to his home as he is being released by the Myanmar government amnesty in Yangon, Myanmar.
